Poppy was professional from start to finish, included a mood board and was always available to talk if needed. On the day they arrived on time and she introduced herself and the team, once shown to the room they got straight on with bringing the furniture in and Poppy gave it a personal touch with homely items like plants, fresh flowers and soft furnishings. She's approachable and delivered exactly what we wanted even though we didn't know what we wanted at first! She also adapted to our needs getting everything set in motion quickly so it was completed before my baby was due. We will be using her again when we want other rooms doing :)
