On the day they arrived on time and she introduced herself and the team, once shown to the room they got straight on with bringing the furniture in and Poppy gave it a personal touch with homely items like plants, fresh flowers and soft furnishings. She's approachable and delivered exactly what we wanted even though we didn't know what we wanted at first!
